- Family size conditions: maximum 3 children for General/OBC and 4 children for SC/ST.
- If applicable, a Sankalp Patra (pledge letter) must be submitted, promising to follow family size rules.
- All school-going daughters should be enrolled in school.
- Must take part in Amrit Brikshya Andolan by planting and maintaining saplings.
